Job summary

Cranmore is seeking enthusiastic snowsports instructors for our seasonal program, working with the same group of kids on weekends and during holiday weeks. Hours are 8:30 AM–12:30 PM on Saturdays and Sundays, with additional sessions during Christmas week, MLK weekend and February break.

This can be a full-time or part-time role, with dates December 27, 2025 through March 14, 2026. Compensation is determined by experience and PSIA‑AASI certification levels.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of teaching children in a program.
• PSIA Level 1/CS 1 credentials are a plus but not required.
• Demonstrate and communicate proper skiing and snowboard techniques.
• Provide a safe, fun environment that facilitates learning.
• Teach skiing or snowboarding per resort/PSIA/ASSI guidelines to groups.

Responsibilities

• Teach skiing or snowboarding in group settings.
• Adapt to student skill levels while maintaining enthusiasm.
• Communicate techniques clearly and provide memorable experiences.
• Collaborate with instructors to build team dynamics.
• Ensure safety during lessons and holiday periods.

Job description

Cranmore is seeking some enthusiastic individuals to join ourseasonal program staff. In this position, you will work with the same group ofkids each weekend and vacation periods sharing your passion for skiing,building their skills, exploring all the mountain has to offer and buildingteam dynamic and lasting relationships with your group. The idealindividual will be available during program hours (8:30 AM-12:30 PM) onSaturdays and Sundays, and during holiday and vacation periods, includingChristmas week, Martin Luther King Jr. weekend, and February Vacation week.This can be a Full time or Part time Snowsports instructor position. QUALIFICATIONS:

• - 2 to 3 years of teaching experience in a children's program ispreferred.
• - PSIA Level 1/CS 1 credentials are a plus but not required.
• - Must have the ability to demonstrate and communicate proper skiand snowboard techniques.
• - Must provide a safe and fun environment for a student thatfacilitates learning and a memorable experience.
• - Teach the techniques of skiing or snowboarding, according toguidelines established by resort and PSIA and ASSI, in a group setting andbased on customer skill level.
• - Must be adaptable and willing to learn, grow, and improve.
• - Maintain a high level of enthusiasm and cheerful, professionalattitude
