Job summary

REH Services, LLC is seeking an Assistant Ski Patrol Director to support the Ski Patrol Director in coordinating patrol operations on-site at Mountain Operations. The role involves supervising daily patrol activities, recruiting and developing patrollers, and reducing resort-wide risk while ensuring coverage and policy adherence.

The position requires extensive ski patrol experience, OEC/EMT certification, CPR, NSP membership, and strong leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

Eight seasons of ski patroller experience.
OEC or EMT certification, CPR certification and NSP member.
Minimum four years of supervisory experience.
Proven leadership in staff development, organization and collaboration.

Responsibilities

Act on behalf of the Ski Patrol Director in their absence.
Supervise and coordinate the activities of all ski patrollers.
Assist in developing, refining, and implementing ski patrol first aid and risk management policies and procedures.
Ensure that all ski patrollers follow Snowbasin policies and procedures.
Assess mountain conditions, incident trends, and related factors and recommend policy adjustments to mitigate risk.
Ensure complete documentation of patrol-related incidents and injuries and notify accordingly.
Administrative tasks as assigned.
Perform other tasks and projects as required by the Ski Patrol Director or Mountain Operations Manager.
