Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Degree or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of patrol or similar experience.
• Current EMT or OEC certification.
• Proficient in English communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patrollers across the mountain in daily patrol operations.
• Hold patrollers accountable to the Employee Manual and Patrol Manual.
• Provide coaching and corrective action as needed.
• Perform timely performance evaluations with input from leadership.
• Assist with hiring paperwork, training, and scheduling of seasonal patrollers.
