Marcus Hotels & Resorts is hiring a Junior Ski or Snowboard Instructor at the Grand Geneva Resort & Spa in Wisconsin. You will support instructors in children's programs and beginner lessons, helping young skiers and snowboarders gain confidence and skills.

Key duties include assisting with lessons, ensuring guest and participant safety, and participating in PSIA education opportunities. This role offers a dynamic, team‑oriented environment with growth potential at a premier Midwest resort.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred; relevant experience or training accepted.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in variable weather and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Provide assistance to the class instructor and students during skiing/snowboarding beginner & intermediate lessons.
• Ensure safety of guests and associates at all times.
• Participate in instructor training opportunities with PSIA (Professional Ski Instructors of America) Education Staff.
• This position is a great opportunity for young adults to get the training required to become a lead instructor.
• Perform a variety of tasks around the Snowsports Center as assigned

What you will be doing:

• High school diploma or GED preferred; relevant experience or training accepted
• Beginner-level skier or snowboarder required
• Strong customer service and communication skills; positive attitude
• Safety-minded, able to take direction well, and comfortable working with the public, including children
• Willingness to assist with various duties around the chalet
• Capable of working in extreme weather conditions and lift 50 lbs.
