Zusammenfassung

Stratton Mountain Resort is seeking enthusiastic, outgoing instructors to teach beginners through advanced guests in a safe, fun, and professional Snow School setting. The role offers Full Time and Part Time seasonal positions with scheduling based on demand, and a starting wage of $20.00/hour, with wage increases tied to certifications.

Recruitment for this role is ongoing through December, and you’ll join a team that values service excellence and a bold mountain community that fosters

Qualifikationen

• Skiing or riding experience is required.
• Actively pursuing a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Certification is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Teaching experience preferred (in Snowsports or other fields).
• Strong social and verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Complete a 4-day in-person new hire training clinic hosted by Snowsports School.
• Must be available on the following key dates: Dec 27-31; Jan 16-17; Feb 13-14; Feb 16-19.

In this role, instructors will deliver lessons to beginner, intermediate, and advanced guests of all ages in a safe, fun, and professional environment. Full Time and Part Time seasonal positions available. Scheduled hours will vary depending on business volume. Starting wage of $20.00/hour, increased hourly wages with certifications.
