Job summary

The Little Nell is seeking a Ski & Club Concierge to deliver exceptional and discreet service to members and guests of the Aspen Mountain Club. The role blends refined guest service with a strong understanding of dining, wine service, and club-level hospitality, in collaboration with F&B, ski valet, and member services.

This seasonal full-time position requires a high standard of guest interaction, knowledge of Aspen’s terrain, and the ability to coordinate ski, spa, dining, and transportation

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm, welcoming environment for members and guests.
• Deliver discreet personal assistance and fulfill requests with urgency.
• Support dining experiences including wine service and reservations.
• Coordinate premium experiences such as ski lessons, spa, and private dining.
• Share knowledge of local terrain and club programming to offer recommendations.
• Handle itineraries, restaurant bookings, and activity reservations.
• Maintain confidentiality and manage guest records and charges.
• Assist in handling ski equipment and coordination with related staff.
• Contribute to a seamless club experience with teamwork.
