Aspen Hospitality, a division of Aspen One, seeks a Club Concierge to provide high-level personalized service to members and guests at a private mountain club. You will manage snack/beverage offerings, coordinate ski valet, and assist with local reservations, ensuring a welcoming, professional environment.

You will report to the Club Manager and contribute to smooth operations across departments with a focus on discreet service, organization, and guest satisfaction.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior hospitality or private club experience preferred.
• TIPS or alcohol service certification helpful but not required.
• Food Handler Certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and engage with members and guests by name, offering a warm and attentive welcome.
• Maintain, stock, and present complimentary snack and beverage offerings reflecting club standards.
• Monitor lounge cleanliness and ambiance to ensure a comfortable, orderly space.
• Coordinate ski valet services including equipment storage and rentals or tuning assistance.
• Assist members with local reservations for dining, activities, spa appointments, and transportation.
• Maintain accurate records of guest visits and transactions (e.g., day tickets, guest use limits).
• Communicate with internal departments to fulfill member requests.
• Assist with light administrative tasks including email, package handling, and member account documentation.
• Support inventory tracking and retail for club merchandise as applicable.
• Provide information on Mammoth and surrounding area conditions, activities, and events.
• Report member feedback, issues, or complaints to the Club Manager promptly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
