Job summary

Angel Fire Resort in New Mexico is seeking a friendly Boot Rental Technician to help guests get the right boot fit and provide excellent service at the Slopeside Ski Shop.

The position is hourly, non-exempt with a base pay starting at $16/hr, and may be seasonal full-time, part-time, or holiday-only. Typical shifts are 8am–5pm, including weekends and holidays, with an early December start.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Responds to guests in a courteous and efficient manner.
• Selects proper boot rentals for guests based on their needs.
• Checks in returned rental equipment and inspects for damage.
• Maintains organization of tools, parts, and inventory.
• Assists customers with electronic storage lockers when necessary.
• Assists Manager in special projects and facility maintenance.
