Job summary

Angel Fire Resort in New Mexico is seeking a Rental Technician Supervisor to join the Children’s Ski School team this winter. You will repair, adjust, and prepare ski and snowboard rental equipment while overseeing the day-to-day operation and performance of the rental technician team.

The ideal candidate has ample experience with ski and snowboard gear, leadership ability, and strong customer service to set a high standard for the crew.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a small team.
• Experience with ski/snowboard gear preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead rental technician team by writing schedules, assigning tasks, and monitoring performance.
• Assign rental gear to guests and inspect gear on return.
• Repair and tune rental gear and maintain fleet.
• Ensure safety and manufacturer binding requirements are followed.
• Support Ski School setup and daily operations.
• Maintain organization of tools, parts, and inventory.
• Complete other tasks as assigned.
