Marcus Hotels & Resorts in Lake Geneva, WI is seeking a Ski Area Attendant for the Grand Geneva Resort & Spa. This seasonal, part-time role focuses on guest service, cash handling, and equipment rental support in a fast-paced resort environment.

You will assist guests, answer phones, process payments, and help with boot room operations, equipment repairs when needed, and safety on the ski hill. Weekend and holiday shifts required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred, not required.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Computer experience preferred.
• Understands and prioritizes safety.
• Enjoy working with the general public.
• Take direction well.
• Have flexible schedule – weekend, holiday and 2nd shift.
• Must have good math skills.
• Regular attendance required.
• Be able to tolerate extreme weather conditions.
• Willingness to help with a variety of duties in and around the chalet.
