Job summary

A family-friendly ice skating facility in San Diego seeks a Skate Guard/Skate Counter Representative to ensure safety and provide excellent customer service. Responsibilities include assisting new skaters on the ice and managing rental skates off the ice. The person will need to skate well and maintain a clean facility. The position requires availability during weekends and holidays, especially around specified dates in late November and December.

Overview

Skate Guard/Skate Counter Representative
Must be availability 11/22-30 & 12/19-1/4.

Responsibilities

• The primary role of this position is to help ensure safety and excellent customer service within the rink.
• Must be able to ice skate for this position.
• On the ice, you will help customers who may be new to skating ensuring each guest is given a great experience.
• Off the ice, you will help hand out and put away rental skates and continuing to assist customers. Also responsible for keeping the facility clean and neat. Mostly weekend and holiday shifts.
