Job summary

ABC Fine Wine & Spirits offers a Leader-in-Training (LIT) program as part of its leadership pipeline, preparing Team Members to become store leaders. The program spans approximately six months, culminating in opportunities to advance to Assistant Store Leader or Store Leader roles.

Participants travel to other stores and engage in comprehensive training and leadership development. Responsibilities include demonstrating core values, attending trainings, supporting store operations, and

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• At least 6 months of retail leadership experience or 2 years of education in Business Management or related field with equivalent experience.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ABC’s Core Values with Guests and Team Members daily.
• Complete all training within the LIT program, targeting 6 months or less.
• Travel to other stores as planned by the District Manager or LIT Program Manager.
• Identify opportunities to grow sales and enhance store operations.
• Perform key management tasks such as opening/closing the store and cash control.
• Develop supervisory skills including delegation, scheduling, training, and performance management.
