Job summary

ABC Liquors, Inc. is seeking a Leader-in-Training (LIT) to prepare for future leadership roles in store operations. This hands-on position involves working closely with the Team Leader and District Manager to enhance store performance through effective training and operational strategies.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• At least 6 months of retail leadership experience or equivalent education and experience.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate Core Values while interacting with Guests and Team Members.
• Complete LIT program training within 6 months.
• Identify ways to grow sales and enhance operations.
• Perform key management tasks like opening/closing the store.
• Build supervisory skills including delegation and training.
