ABC Fine Wine & Spirits, Inc. invites applications for a Leader-in-Training (LIT) in Jacksonville, FL. This structured program develops team members into future store leaders, with hands-on experience and mentorship from the District Manager and HR partner.

Training completes in about six months, leading to Assistant Store Leader or Store Leader roles. Key activities include leading operations, merchandising, training, and participation in company initiatives.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• 6 months of retail leadership experience or 2 years of education in Business Management or related field with equivalent experience.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ABC’s Core Values with Guests and Team Members daily.
• Complete all training within the LIT program, targeting completion in 6 months or less.
• Travel to other stores as planned by the District Manager or LIT Program Manager.
• Support store operations, merchandising standards, and leadership development.
