Job summary

ABC Fine Wine & Spirits invites you to join our Leadership in Training program, a hands-on development track designed to grow store leaders. You will work closely with the Team Leader and District Manager to learn operations, merchandising, and guest service, with a target completion of six months.

Upon successful completion and leadership approval, you may transition into an Assistant Store Leader or Store Leader role and help drive performance across our store network.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• At least 6 months of retail leadership experience or 2 years of education in Business Management or related field with equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ABC’s Core Values with Guests and Team Members daily.
• Complete all LIT training within 6 months.
• Travel to other stores as planned by District Manager or LIT Program Manager.
• Identify opportunities to grow sales and enhance store operations.
• Develop knowledge in inventory control, replenishment, and merchandising.
• Perform key management tasks: opening/closing, cash control, and receiving shipments.
