Renewal by Andersen in Boise is seeking high-energy, top-performing Sales Consultants to build a career in a 100% commission role. You will visit homeowners, present window solutions, and close deals with homeowners in southern and eastern Idaho and eastern Oregon.

With 100% company-generated leads and extensive training, you can earn $120,000–$225,000+ annually. The role requires evenings/weekends and travel within the territory.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of in-home or outside sales experience.
• Track record of closing sales.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout assigned territory.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Availability for evening and weekend appointments.

Responsabilités
