Job summary

Renewal by Andersen in Boise area is seeking high-energy sales consultants to join our growing team. This role offers 100% commission with massive earning potential, backed by a powerhouse brand, top-quality leads, and comprehensive training.

You will visit homeowners for scheduled, pre-qualified appointments across southern and eastern Idaho and eastern Oregon, build rapport, present window solutions, and close deals using our proven process.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of in-home or outside sales experience.
  • Proven track record of closing sales at or above targets.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

  • Visit homeowners for scheduled, pre-qualified appointments.
  • Build rapport, assess needs, and present product solutions.
  • Learn the home improvement construction industry.
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.
  • Utilize our sales process, sample kits, and tech to close deals.
  • Represent Renewal by Andersen with homeowners who trust the brand.
