Job summary

Renewal by Andersen, based in the Boise area, seeks high-energy Sales Consultants to visit homeowners, present window replacement solutions, and close deals. This 100% commission role offers extensive lead generation, paid training, and a clear path to six figures through commissions.

Target training starts January 15, 2026, with travel across southern and eastern Idaho and eastern Oregon. Homeowners are pre-qualified, and no cold calling is required.
