Renewal by Andersen in Boise, ID is seeking high-energy Sales Consultants to join our team. This role offers 100% commission with massive earning potential and 100% company-generated leads, no cold calling.

You will visit homeowners at scheduled, pre-qualified appointments, build rapport, present window solutions, and close deals across southern and eastern Idaho and eastern Oregon. This is a field-sales role with strong earning potential and career growth.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of in-home or outside sales experience.
  • Track record of closing sales.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout assigned territory.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs.
  • Availability for evening and weekend appointments.

Responsibilities

  • Visit homeowners for scheduled, pre-qualified appointments.
  • Build rapport, understand needs, and present product solutions.
  • Learn the home improvement construction industry.
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.
  • Use our proven sales process, sample kits, and tech to help close deals.
