Grand Prix Subaru in Hicksville, NY, part of the VIP Automotive Group, is actively seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join a high-volume service department. You will serve as the primary contact between customers and the service team, handling appointments, estimates, and progress updates with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in service advisory roles, at least 1 year in a dealership, and solid sales/customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Automotive Service Advisor experience.
• At least 1 year of dealership experience required.
• Subaru experience is a plus.
• Strong sales and customer service skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced dealership environment.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Computer proficiency and familiarity with dealership systems.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers promptly and professionally.
• Schedule service appointments.
• Listen to customer concerns and document vehicle issues.
• Recommend factory maintenance and additional services.
• Prepare estimates for parts and labor.
• Obtain customer approvals.
• Communicate repair progress and timelines.
