Grand Prix Subaru, part of VIP Automotive Group, is actively seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor, Service Writer, or Service Consultant to join our high-volume Hicksville, NY Subaru dealership. Earn six-figure income with commission and bonuses in a busy service department.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Automotive Service Advisor experience.
• At least 1 year of dealership experience.
• Strong sales and customer service skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced dealership environment.
• Computer proficiency and basic repair knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally
• Schedule service appointments
• Write accurate repair orders (ROs)
• Listen carefully to customer concerns and document vehicle issues
• Recommend factory maintenance and additional services
• Prepare estimates for parts and labor
• Obtain customer approvals
• Communicate repair progress and timelines
• Coordinate repairs with technicians and dispatch
• Review completed repairs with customers
• Process repair orders accurately
• Deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining high CSI scores
• Build lasting customer relationships that encourage repeat business
