Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers throughout the automotive sales process
• Build strong relationships and provide excellent service
• Determine customer needs and recommend new and pre-owned vehicles
• Conduct vehicle presentations and demonstrations
• Explain features, options and benefits during walk-arounds
• Conduct test drives and communicate vehicle value
• Respond to internet, phone, and showroom leads
• Make outbound calls and follow up with prospects
• Maintain consistent follow-up and nurture customer relationships
• Develop and maintain a strong customer database
• Use CRM and sales tools to track leads and appointments
• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Collaborate with Sales, BDC, Finance, and Service for a seamless experience
• Assist customers with trade-ins, purchases, and leases
• Stay current on Subaru products, incentives, financing, and leasing
• Meet or exceed sales and service objectives
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude
• Follow dealership policies and compliance standards
