Job summary

Beach Ford in Virginia Beach is increasing its current sales force and seeking Automotive Sales Consultants to hit the floor running. You will sell new and pre-owned vehicles, handling walk-in, phone, and internet leads from the start.

We offer weekly pay plus commissions and bonuses, with a monthly guarantee of $2400. Benefits include a full package with free medical for employee only and a supportive, fun workplace. Training is provided to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and quick learner
• Excellent verbal/written communication and negotiation skills
• Experience in automotive or big-ticket sales preferred
• Professional appearance and people-oriented
• Able to work with the public and co-workers

Responsibilities

• Spend time with customers to determine needs and discuss vehicle options
• Perform test drives and demonstrate vehicles
• Prepare quotes and follow up with prospects
• Respond to emails and voicemails and generate new leads
• Follow up with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals
