Job summary

Courtesy Ford of Norfolk is seeking an Automotive Sales Consultant to join our growing sales team in Nebraska. You’ll assist customers through the vehicle buying process, help them select vehicles that fit their needs and budget, and demonstrate Ford features to aid decisions.

The role offers a $42,000 base salary plus commission, with health insurance and PTO/sick leave. You’ll work to meet monthly sales goals while maintaining strong product knowledge of Ford vehicles.

Qualifications

• Automotive sales experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
