Job summary

Becker & Company, a nationwide provider of investigative services, seeks a mid-level professional to manage investigations from intake to completion, ensuring accuracy and client satisfaction.

You will independently assign cases, review reports for compliance, monitor field performance, and serve as primary client contact while helping control costs through time-sheet and invoice reviews.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in case management or investigative support preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and data/video uploads.
• Strong organizational and case management skills.
