Becker & Company is seeking skilled Field Investigators on an as-needed basis to support insurance claims investigations across our client base in the United States. The role offers flexible hours for licensed investigators ready to perform surveillance, SIU assignments, and related casework.

Ideal candidates will conduct surveillance and SIU tasks within an assigned area, document activities, and submit results promptly while maintaining confidentiality and high professional standards.

Qualifications

• Experience performing field investigations and surveillance.
• Proven ability to complete SIU investigations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Reliable, self-motivated and able to meet deadlines.
• Tools and equipment proficiency expected.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to case manager instructions and assignment requirements.
• Review case materials before starting activity.
• Conduct video surveillance and secure covert footage when needed.
• Secure statements, inspect scenes, verify activity, and collect documents.
• Maintain timely written notes for each case.
• Submit all videotapes, photos and recordings by next business day.
• Meet client deadlines and report progress to case manager.
• Maintain confidentiality of information.
