Job summary

Becker & Company is seeking skilled and experienced Field Investigators to join our team on an as-needed basis. This role offers flexible hours for licensed investigators to provide expert services across insurance claims, including workers' compensation, suspected fraud, liability, and cost mitigation.

Ideal candidates will perform surveillance and SIU assignments within a defined area, obtain videotape documentation, complete case instructions, and deliver timely written notes and recordings

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid state driver's license.
• Possess a current private investigator license (if applicable).
• Experience in surveillance and SIU investigations.
• Ability to work with limited supervision and meet deadlines.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to assignment requirements per case manager.
• Review case materials before investigative activity.
• Complete video surveillance for allotted time and document footage.
• Conduct investigations including statements, inspections, and documents.
• Prepare written notes promptly.
• Submit videotaped results and recordings by next business day.
• Meet client deadlines.
• Communicate progress with the case manager.
• Maintain confidentiality of information.
