Job summary

You will independently assign cases, review reports for compliance, monitor field performance, and serve as primary client contact while helping control costs through time-sheet and invoice reviews.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in case management or investigative support preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and data/video uploads.
• Strong organizational and case management skills.

Responsibilities

• Independently assign and manage cases based on geographic and budget guidelines.
• Review and edit reports for accuracy and compliance with client requirements.
• Monitor field investigator performance and provide feedback.
• Serve as primary client contact for updates and inquiries.
• Manage costs by reviewing time sheets and invoices.
