Qualifications

• Good writing and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to case manager instructions.
• Review case materials before investigations.
• Complete video surveillance for assigned time and secure covert footage.
• Conduct investigations such as statements, scene inspections, activity checks, document gathering.
• Complete written notes in a timely manner.
• Submit videotaped results, photos, and recordings by next business day.
• Meet client deadlines.
• Maintain regular communication with case manager about progress.
• Ensure confidentiality of information.
