You will evaluate quotes, manage bid processes, and collaborate with project teams throughout preconstruction to ensure accurate, competitive bids.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of estimating experience, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with HCSS Heavybid.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in construction estimating for site work and demolition.
• Strong knowledge of preconstruction processes and bidding.
• Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for site work and demolition projects.
• Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotes for compliance with specs and scope.
• Use HCSS Heavybid or similar software to create bids.
