Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in takeoffs and estimating of earthwork, grading, paving, utilities, and site concrete.
• Experience with Penn DOT and/or City of Philadelphia projects.

Responsibilities

• Perform blueprint takeoffs and estimating.
• Write proposals and review bids.
• Attend pre-construction meetings and buy out materials.
