Job summary

Mars Incorporated in Lewisburg, WV seeks a PMO leader to drive site transformational projects and integrate actions with local, regional, and global teams. You will align with the site strategy, contribute to the OPEX roadmap, and lead development across the leadership team.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in production/business, strong Project Management skills, GMP knowledge, and experience in TPM/Lean. Willingness to work across shifts and lead cross-functional initiatives is required.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience in engineering, sciences, or business.
• 6 years' production/business experience with prior managerial responsibility.
• Project Management experience with strong communication skills.
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and continuous improvement.
• Experience leading TPM/Lean initiatives and site transformations.
• Ability to work across all plant levels and functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and integrate site transformational projects aligned with the site strategy.
• Coordinate with local, regional and global teams to meet capability and performance goals.
• Contribute to the site’s OPEX roadmap, IBOs, and associate development.
• Act as a leadership team member overseeing CVS, start-up activities and quality/safety programs.
• Champion changes across functions and drive Lean/continuous improvement initiatives.
