Job summary

Mars is seeking a PMO leader to guide site transformational projects and coordinate among local, regional, and global teams. You will help develop the site masterplan, support the leadership team, and drive performance improvements aligned with the site's strategy and OPEX roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience in engineering, sciences, or business
• 6 years' production/business experience
• Experience in a managerial role
• Project management experience
• Working knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices
• Experience with TPM/Lean/Continuous Improvement as a leader
• Clear written and verbal communication
• Understanding of plant functions and cross-functional work
• Successful completion of drug and background screen

Responsibilities

• CVS – Understand/Contribute/Participate in CVS Team and process
• Contribute to daily operations challenges through FMOS as adviser to ensure site performs
• Contribute to QFS standards via leadership and participation in meetings, audits, etc., and lead related programs
• Advocate and support FMOS and continuous improvement programs to deliver site objectives
• Lead and participate in site leadership pillar and site strategy execution
• Recommend and implement changes in methods, equipment, systems, and organization to meet site objectives
• Drive associate engagement and development planning with leadership team
• Establish short- and long-term site goals and measure progress and results
