Job summary

Mars Petcare US is seeking a senior PMO professional to lead and integrate site transformational projects across site and regional functions in Lewisburg, Ohio. You will contribute to the site strategy, OPEX roadmap, and leadership development, guiding CVS, conversion, and site-wide quality initiatives with a strong focus on people and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent in Engineering, basic sciences or business-related disciplines.
• 6 years’ experience in a Production/business environment.
• Experience in a managerial role.
• Project Management experience.
• Working knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Experience in TPM/Lean/Continuous Improvement leadership.
• Ability to convey communications clearly and concisely.
• Understanding of major functions within the plant and cross-functional collaboration.
• Successful completion of a drug and background screen.

Responsibilities

• CVS – Understand/Contribute/Participate in CVS Team activities and processes.
• Conversion – Advise on daily operations challenges and drive results with a service mindset.
• Food Safety and Quality – contribute to QFS standards and lead related projects.
• Mars Supply Excellence – support FMOS and CI programs; coach site associates; lead pillars.
• Change Agent – implement changes across methods, equipment, systems and organization.
• Associate Advocacy – drive engagement and development planning with leadership.
• Goal Setting and Measurement – establish and report site goals and performance.
• Communications – ensure open communication and inform Site Director as needed.
• Site Strategy – help develop a 3-year rolling site strategy.
• Personal Development – pursue ongoing managerial/technical growth with Site Director.
• Site Management – act as Senior Leader for plant and business; cover for Site Director when needed.
