Job summary

Mars Incorporated in the United States seeks a seasoned Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams from New Project Request through Post Launch Review. You will partner with sponsors to deliver value creation targets across corporate and segment landscapes, utilizing established planning processes.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s Degree in Business or a technical field, with at least five years in project management, and a proven track record in leadership and transformation.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Business or Technical Field.
• 5 years of projects management or business experience.
• Experience in business leadership and business transformation.
• High level of pro-activeness and willingness to take responsibility.
• High communication capability.

Responsibilities

• Lead the deployment process to launch new projects
• Implements timeline mobilizing cross functional teams to define build, run, sunrise and expansion phases in project
• Track and communicate key decisions points, issues, risk management and actions
• Ensure alignment and connectivity of stakeholders throughout all departments
• Facilitate projects execution by ensuring good pace and connection, setting meetings, tracking actions and milestones, raising alerts and helping on escalation when needed
• Lead post project reviews and embed main learnings within team
