Job summary

Elanco in Winslow, AZ, is seeking a Manager- Site L&D to lead the site learning team and shape the learning program across manufacturing operations. You will partner with site leadership and SMEs to ensure compliant, effective training and continuous capability improvement.

Responsibilities include implementing harmonized compliance processes, owning the Frontline Leader program, driving learning metrics, and leveraging digital tools to optimize outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience with manufacturing L&D administration activities.
• Knowledge of cGMPs and experience working in a GMP regulated environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead the site learning team to define, create, manage and maintain the learning program.
• Ensure audit readiness and participate in audits.
• Own Frontline Leader program implementation for the site.
• Implement digital solutions to improve learning outcomes.
• Establish meaningful learning metrics to drive process improvements.
• Lead learning self-inspection program at site and participate in other site self-inspections.
• Supervise site learning resources and coach team for performance.
• Collaborate with Learning Architects to share best practices.
