Job summary

RoslinCT US is seeking an on-site QA Training Specialist to support the training program within the Quality Management System. You will help implement and maintain the Learning Management System, review training content, and manage user access while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with GMP and QMS standards.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of pharma/biotech QA training experience, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years QA experience in pharma/biotech with training focus.
• Experience reviewing training plans and curricula.
• Experience as quality reviewer/approver.
• Experience driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ability to partner cross-functionally and integrate with quality systems.
• Ability to work independently to meet timelines.
• Familiar with 21 CFR Part 210/211 and ICH guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Support LMS implementation and maintenance per guidelines.
• Review/approve training content.
• Administer Learning Management System users.
• Review training plans and curricula for approval.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure training compliance.
• Back up delivery of new hire and refresher GMP/eQMS trainings.
• Monitor training compliance rates and report metrics to leadership.
• Support QMS updates and audits.
