Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to engineering teams; set goals and mentor.
• Develop strategic plans to improve productivity, efficiency and quality.
• Lead NPIs and cross-functional product launches.
• Manage project life cycles; stay within budget and timelines.
• Drive continuous improvement using lean and Six Sigma.
• Oversee training and development of staff; ensure regulatory compliance.
