Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree (STEM preferred) with 8+ years of experience.
• Demonstrates strategic thinking and executive-level communication.
• Experience in pharma or regulated life sciences.
• Strong data analytics with storytelling through data.
• Manufacturing or pharma operations experience required.

Responsibilities

• Direct S&OP topics at the executive level across functions.
• Lead lifecycle management and supply chain changes.
• Align brand planning with supply chain strategies and assets.
