Job summary

AbbVie in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Site Supply Chain Manager to lead day-to-day planning, scheduling, inventory, master data and logistics to keep production running smoothly. You will partner with manufacturing, procurement, quality, engineering, and planning to resolve issues and drive improvements.

This hands-on role requires a strong presence in site operations, coaching and developing the team, and delivering reliable supply chain performance in a growing medical device manufacturing

Qualifications

• Min 5 years of experience in Supply Chain Management in MNC, preferably in pharmaceutical industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Production Operations Management, Logistics Management, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or Supply chain management.
• Strong teamwork skills to work effectively in a team environment and establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external supply chain partners.
• Effective written and oral communication skills in English.
• Strong analytical skills for KPI and inventory analysis.
• Excellent organization and follow up skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the site supply chain team, manage planning, scheduling, inventory, master data, and logistics activities.
• Own daily site supply chain execution and monitor material availability, inventory position, capacity readiness, and schedule performance.
• Oversee production scheduling and schedule adherence, partnering with manufacturing, procurement, quality, and planning.
• Oversee materials, inventory, and capacity readiness, review inventory levels and material availability to support site needs.
• Lead operational problem solving and recovery actions; drive root cause investigations and corrective actions.
• Represent supply chain in site operations discussions; communicate performance and recovery plans to leadership.
• Oversee logistics and coordination with warehouse leadership to optimize material flow.
• Establish planning and master data processes; ensure data accuracy and ERP/MRP performance.
• Support compliant material operations with quality, manufacturing, procurement, and warehouse teams.
