Job summary

Inquis Medical, Inc. seeks a Senior Manager, Supply Chain to lead end‑to‑end supply chain operations for medical devices, including procurement, inventory planning, supplier management, contract manufacturing coordination, and logistics, with focus on compliance.

This on‑site role partners with Engineering, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Operations, and Finance to scale processes, optimize cost, and manage risk while ensuring FDA QSR and ISO 13485 compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• APICS/ASCM certification (CPIM, CSCP) or equivalent preferred.
• 10–12 years of progressive supply chain, procurement, operations, or manufacturing experience.
• 4–6 years of people leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute supply chain strategies to support growth, product launches and objectives.
• Establish and improve supply planning, inventory management, forecasting, and procurement processes.
• Monitor KPIs and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead S&OP activities and supplier/contract manufacturing management.
• Ensure compliance with FDA QSR, ISO 13485, and regulatory requirements.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams and lead team development.
