Qualifications

• Broad knowledge in supervising personnel and managing resources to support a contract.
• Must have 10-15 years of operational experience.
• Obtain and maintain a T/S security clearance.
• Driver license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Interacts with the customer representative daily, responding to needs and concerns.
• Ensures all officers are present, in proper uniform, briefed and prepared for duty.
• Provides technical and task direction for all personnel working under the contract.
• Provides direction to Sergeants and Corporals regarding operations and training requirements being met.
• Prepares daily, weekly, and monthly reporting in accordance with the contractual CDRLs.
