Job summary

Kuehne+Nagel in Ohio is hiring a Site Supervisor to lead distribution and fulfillment operations. You will motivate teams, optimize workflows, and drive continuous improvement to deliver world-class logistics for major brands.

This on-site role requires strong leadership and hands-on coaching. The shift rotates across days with weekend coverage; you will ensure safety, inventory integrity, and KPI delivery while developing a diverse, inclusive team.

• Implement strategies to ensure the highest quality of work, optimize warehouse efficiency and productivity, and meet or exceed KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
• Ensure safe operations and healthy environments for employees, customers, vendors, and visitors.
• Ensure shipments are accurate and free of damage, product is counted, and all necessary records and reports are completed accurately and on time.
• Help maintain the security of the warehouse and assure the integrity of inventory.

The shift:

Week 1.Mon, Tues, Fri, and Sat

Week 2. Sun, Wed, and Thurs

Sunday through Thursday Hours: 6:00AM-6:30PM

Friday and Saturday Hours: 7:00AM-2:30PM

What we would like you to bring

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience in a warehouse environment
• 2 or more years in a supervisory role
• At least 1 year of experience operating powered industrial trucks
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
