Job summary

Kuehne Nagel is seeking a warehouse supervisor in Brownsburg, IN to coordinate and lead daily logistics activities. You will supervise a team, ensure accurate inventory, and maintain safety and quality standards across shifts.

This role requires warehouse experience, supervisory background, and GPD familiarity. A forklift background is a plus, with a potential for overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
• At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory role.
• GPD (Good Documentation Practice) experience is strongly preferred.
• Forklift operating experience is a plus.
• Basic technical and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise daily logistics activities to ensure the full and efficient operation of the assigned area.
• Operate material handling equipment.
• Lead a team of Warehouse Associates.
• Follow health and safety policies that follow company and OSHA regulations.
• Oversee the warehouse housekeeping program.
• Ensure current, accurate inventory control and that customer orders are picked and shipped.
• Be flexible to work overtime and perform other responsibilities as needed.

You will have general responsibility for coordinating and supervising daily logistics activities to ensure the full and efficient operation of your assigned area. You will work Friday – Sunday, 12:00 PM – 12:30 AM, and will be paid weekly at $23.97 per hour, plus $1.00 shift differential.
