Job summary

Kuehne+Nagel in Ohio is seeking a Site Supervisor to lead distribution and fulfillment operations. You will supervise teams, optimize workflows, and drive world-class logistics for major brands, while building a culture of safety and inclusion.

The role emphasizes coaching, performance feedback, and relentless focus on KPIs, inventory accuracy, and efficient warehouse operations. A strong background in warehouse management and people leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in a warehouse environment.
• 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• At least 1 year of experience operating powered industrial trucks.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)

• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide timely feedback to team members.

• Ensure shipments are accurate and records are completed accurately and on time.
• Help maintain the security of the warehouse and inventory integrity.
• Implement continuous improvement action plans.
• Be flexible to work overtime and perform other responsibilities as needed.

Rotating 2-Week Schedule:

Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday

Week 2: Sunday, Wednesday, and Thursday

Hours:

Sunday-Thursday, 6:00 AM-6:30 PM; Friday-Saturday, 7:00 AM-2:30 PM.

• Ensure shipments are accurate and free of damage, product is counted, and all necessary records and reports are completed accurately and on time
• Help maintain the security of the warehouse and assure the integrity of inventory
• Implement continuous improvement action plans
• Be flexible to work overtime and perform other responsibilities as needed

What we would like you to bring

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience in a warehouse environment
• 2 or more years in a supervisory role
• At least 1 year of experience operating powered industrial trucks
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
