Job summary

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent required.
• Ability to pass a DOJ criminal background check.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred/required.
• Ability to create and maintain documents using Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Motivates, supports, and trains staff to assist clients in establishing professional work ethics.
• Multitasks and prioritizes to meet deadlines.
• Maintains client files and completes required paperwork and service tracking reports.
• Coordinates staff schedules and oversees daily activities.
• Ensures safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Drives safety programs and reports as needed.
