Job summary

Bon Secours seeks a Clean Corps Site Supervisor to lead daily operations of a workforce training program in Baltimore. You will supervise crew members, plan site maintenance, and ensure work meets neighborhood standards and city specifications.

You will collaborate with program management, conduct trainings, and coordinate with case management and job placement services to support local residents’ employment goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience leading crew members in landscaping or public cleaning is valued.
• Driver’s license preferred for site travel and fieldwork.

Responsibilities

• Educate and train crew on safety and tool use.
• Monitor metrics and document daily activities in the tracking system.
• Supervise crew; conduct performance reviews and implement improvement plans.
• Plan and schedule site maintenance to meet neighborhood and city standards.
• Emphasize soft skills; connect trainees with case management and job placement services.
• Perform landscaping tasks: mowing, trash removal, alley cleaning, and site improvements.
• Coordinate with other supervisors to manage trash removal and debris disposal.
• Procure materials and arrange delivery; ensure equipment maintenance.
• Attend meetings with staff, city departments, and neighborhood leaders.
• Manage equipment, supplies, and budget; perform other duties as assigned.
