Job summary

Nexus Family Healing is seeking a Facilities Supervisor to lead maintenance, grounds, utility systems and housekeeping, ensuring a safe, functional environment at our Baltimore site. You will oversee renovation projects, supervise staff and contractors, and manage procurement, budgeting, vehicle maintenance and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• 5 years related experience required; 1 year supervisor and a related vocational degree preferred.
• First Aid/CPR/Infection Control Certification required annually.
• Valid driver’s license required. Must meet state regulating agency and Home Office driving requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversees project oversight & agency maintenance to ensure timely completion and compliance.
• Directs maintenance, housekeeping, contract personnel, renovation coordinators and crews; coordinates with vendors.
• Inspects work for conformance to blueprints and standards; provides feedback to facilities staff.
