Job summary

SI Staffing seeks an experienced Custodial Services Supervisor for a day-shift role in Baltimore. You will oversee a team of about 30 custodial employees across multiple buildings, ensuring cleaning schedules, safety, and standards are met.

This full-time, on-site position runs Monday–Friday, with occasional weekend on-call coverage as needed. You will lead daily operations, conduct inspections, implement corrective actions, coordinate training, and maintain records to ensure high service

Qualifications

• Requires a High School Diploma or GED.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience in custodial, janitorial, facilities, housekeeping, or similar service environments.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and provide daily direction to approximately 30 custodial employees across multiple buildings.
• Schedule and assign staff based on operational needs and priorities.
• Monitor daily operations to ensure cleaning schedules are completed on time.
• Conduct regular inspections for cleanliness, safety, and standards compliance.
• Provide coaching and performance feedback to staff and conduct 90-day reviews for applicable employees.
• Maintain documentation and complete required administrative tasks.
