Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Site Supervisor to manage on-site security operations for a client site in a dynamic, collaborative environment. The role encompasses staffing, scheduling, training, and quality assurance of personnel, ensuring contract compliance and service excellence.

The site supervisor will oversee training compliance, incident review, payroll-related tasks, and post order development, while coordinating with the client to meet requirements and drive improvements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must pass any State-required training or licensing.
• Must pass a state licensing test if driving company or client vehicles.
• Minimum 1 year verifiable supervisory experience in security.
• Associate's degree or higher in any discipline.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site security operations, staffing, scheduling, and training for personnel at the site.
• Ensure contract-required training and screening elements for security personnel are met.
• Maintain overtime to a minimum or preset requirement designated by AUS.
• Inspect security personnel performance to ensure quality of service and contract compliance.
• Perform payroll review, incident report handling, and contribute to security surveys and post orders.
• Recommend personnel actions for those under your supervision and respond to client requests.
• Issue emergency notifications as required by site Post Orders and provide guidance to subordinates.
• Contribute to cost reduction and productivity improvements; advise on security post orders.
